anti-spam policy

We have a zero tolerance against SPAM. Any account that is used to send SPAM will be suspended immediately. If the account is resolved and the SPAM sending is repeated the account will be removed from our server permanently. Additionally, we do not allow bulk mailing from shared hosting accounts.  Kix Hosting offers a separate service if you need to send large quantities of email.

Additionally, we consider purchased mail list and opt-in lists as SPAM.

Kix Hosting reserves the right to charge a clean up fee to the Customer who sent unsolicited e-mail which causes an IP address from our server to be blacklisted for sending SPAM. This fee covers our labor for having to contact multiple resources to restore the IP to good condition.
